UPSCALE Real Estate GmbH is an investment company focused on real estate. We invest on our own balance sheet and act as investment manager in strategic partnerships with external investors. In our investments we focus on deals with attractive risk-return-profiles in the segments core+, value-add and opportunistic. Through detailed analysis, we identify upside potential as well as existing market inefficiencies and establish suitable investment strategies.
Realizing short to medium-term potential through tenant-oriented asset management and consistent, entrepreneurial action is the cornerstone of our real estate philosophy. We concentrate on optimizing returns by tapping the full potential for appreciation and development to generate stable rental income and secure attractive investment returns over the long term. We use the entire bandwidth of the property’s value chain and develop investment solutions through tailor-made concepts. In addition to proactive asset management, this includes the revitalization and modernization of real estate, the development of new utilization concepts as well as the optimization of the liabilities side.
We are looking for interesting investment opportunities through our networks that have grown over decades among our management, advisory board and shareholders. Long-term and trusting business relationships with many national and international market participants are our company’s greatest asset.
